O’select x Katt Kube Contest - Terms & Conditions

1. ORGANIZER

The “Find the Hidden Katt Kube Plush” Contest (the “Contest”) is organized by:

Be One Breed, having its place of business at 11200 Renaude-Lapointe Street, Anjou, Quebec H1J 2V7 (the “Organizer”).

Mondou and Ren’s, referenced in these Official Rules, act solely as participating retailers. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, they are not responsible for the administration of the Contest, validation of claims, or prize fulfillment.

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins on October 15, 2026, at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Contest Period”).

Eligible purchases and no-purchase entry requests must be made or received, as applicable, during the Contest Period. However, the claim deadlines set out in Section 9 continue to apply after the end of the Contest Period.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Not eligible to participate are:

1. Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of the Organizer, participating retailers, their affiliated companies, and agencies involved in the design or administration of the Contest;
2. Persons residing with any individual described above.

4. ELIGIBLE PRODUCT AND PARTICIPATING RETAIL LOCATIONS

The eligible product is an O’Select Premium Unscented Cat Litter 12 kg bag (the “Eligible Product”), purchased during the Contest Period from a participating retail location.

The Contest is offered exclusively in Canada and applies to customers of the 102 Mondou stores and 69 Ren’s stores, as well as eligible e-commerce customers within these provinces.

Availability of the Eligible Product may vary by retail location and inventory levels. The Organizer does not guarantee the availability of the Eligible Product at any specific location.

5. PURCHASE ENTRY METHOD

To enter by purchase, an eligible participant must, during the Contest Period:

1. Purchase an Eligible Product from a participating retail location;
2. Check whether the bag contains a Katt Kube plush together with a pouch containing a unique code;
3. If a plush and unique code are found, retain the code, the plush, and the original proof of purchase, then follow the claim procedure set out in Section 9.

The purchase of multiple Eligible Products does not guarantee that a winning plush will be found.

6. NO PURCHASE ENTRY METHOD

In addition to the twenty-five (25) prizes described in Section 7, one (1) additional prize (the “Draw Prize”) is reserved exclusively for entries received through the no-purchase method described in this section. To enter without making a purchase, an eligible participant must handwrite a letter of at least fifty (50) words explaining why they would like to win the Katt Kube Multi. The letter must also include the participant’s full name, contact information, and sufficient information to contact them by telephone or email at the time of the draw.

The letter must be mailed in a properly stamped envelope to:

Subject: “Free Entry Contest – Find the Katt Kube Plush”

The letter must be received no later than November 15, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. ET. Each compliant letter mailed separately will receive one (1) entry. There is no limit on the number of free entries submitted.

Only one (1) request per envelope or submission is permitted. Each eligible request receives one (1) entry, carrying odds equivalent to those associated with an Eligible Product, according to the allocation method described below. Winners will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

Limit of one (1) no-purchase entry per person per day during the Contest Period. Mechanically reproduced, automatically generated, bulk-submitted, or incomplete requests are void.

7. INSERTION AND DISTRIBUTION OF WINNING PLUSHES

Twenty-five (25) Katt Kube plushes, each accompanied by a unique code, will be randomly inserted into twenty-five (25) bags of the Eligible Product (SKU 146009) prior to distribution. The insertion process will be conducted in a controlled manner to ensure random allocation of winning bags.

The twenty-five (25) winning bags will be distributed exclusively within Canada among products destined for the one hundred two (102) Mondou stores, the sixty-nine (69) participating Ren’s stores, and the e-commerce channels of those retailers. Winning bags will be allocated randomly across retail locations and online sales channels, with no predetermined regional allocation.

Winning bags may be distributed to different retail locations and at different times during the distribution period. The Organizer does not guarantee that a winning bag will be available in any specific province, store, region, or sales channel. The odds of finding a winning bag depend on the timing and location of Eligible Product purchases and remain random.

8. PRIZES

Twenty-five (25) prizes are available.

Each prize consists of one (1) Katt Kube Multi Cat Tree (3-Kube Set) with an approximate retail value of CAD $100.

The total approximate retail value of all prizes is CAD $2,500.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded. They are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Organizer. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control, the Organizer may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

9. PRIZE CLAIMS AND AWARDING OF PRIZES

The discovery of a plush or the receipt of a notice related to a no-purchase entry does not automatically confer winner status.

To be declared a winner, a claimant must:

1. Be eligible and comply with these Official Rules;
2. Complete the claim form at the address indicated below;
3. Provide the original unique code, where applicable;
4. Provide, upon request, the original proof of purchase, pouch, and plush;
5. Correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question described in Section 10;
6. Sign and return within the prescribed timeframe any declaration of eligibility, release, or authorization reasonably required by the Organizer.

For claims based on a purchase, the claim form and all required materials must be received no later than twelve (12) months after the purchase date shown on the proof of purchase and, in any event, no later than November 15, 2027, at 11:59 p.m. ET.

For no-purchase entries, the selected entrant must respond to the Organizer’s notification within five (5) business days of transmission, unless a different deadline is indicated in the notification.

If a claim is incomplete, late, fraudulent, or non-compliant, if a code is invalid or previously used, if the claimant fails to respond within the applicable timeframe, or if the skill-testing question is answered incorrectly, the claim will be rejected. The Organizer may then, depending on the applicable method, select another eligible entry or declare the prize unawarded, subject to applicable laws.

10. MATHEMATICAL SKILL-TESTING QUESTION

Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant must correctly answer, without mechanical, electronic, or other assistance, and within the prescribed timeframe, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Organizer.

11. ODDS OF WINNING

For the purchase entry method, the odds of finding a winning plush depend, among other things, on the total number of Eligible Products distributed and sold (25 winning bags in circulation), the timing and location of distribution, and the number of winning plushes still remaining in circulation.

For the no-purchase entry method, the odds of winning depend on the number of eligible requests received and the equivalent allocation method confirmed in Section 6.

12. LIMITATIONS

A maximum of twenty-five (25) prizes will be awarded.

Limit of one (1) prize per person and per household during the entire Contest Period.

A unique code may be used only once. Codes and proofs of participation are void if reproduced, altered, forged, obtained unlawfully, sold, or transferred.

13. PRIZE DELIVERY

Prizes will be shipped free of charge to an eligible Canadian address provided by the winner.

The Organizer is not responsible for a prize that cannot be delivered due to inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the winner.

Prize fulfillment will occur within a reasonable period following complete validation of the claim.

14. VERIFICATION AND CONDUCT

The Organizer may verify the eligibility of any person, the authenticity of any code, any proof of purchase, and any no-purchase entry request.

Any attempt to falsify, manipulate, or circumvent these Official Rules will result in disqualification, without limiting any other remedies available.

In the event of any discrepancy between a code, proof, promotional communication, and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall prevail, subject to applicable laws.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer, participating retailers, and their affiliated companies, employees, representatives, and agents shall not be responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries, technical errors, network interruptions, printing, insertion, or distribution errors, or damages arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance and use of a prize.

Nothing in these Official Rules shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION, OR CANCELLATION

Subject to applicable law, the Organizer may modify, suspend, or cancel the Contest, in whole or in part, if fraud, error, technical issues, or any event beyond its control compromises the integrity or proper operation of the Contest.

Any material modification will be communicated in a reasonable manner.

17. PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information collected will be used to administer the Contest, verify eligibility, contact selected entrants, and award prizes.

Such information will not be used for any other purpose except with the required consent or as otherwise permitted by law.

Information will be retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated and in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

18. PUBLICITY

Subject to separate consent where required, the Organizer may publish the first name, last initial, city, and province or territory of residence of winners.

No additional promotional use of a winner’s image, voice, or statements will be made without the required consent.

19. GOVERNING LAW AND INTERPRETATION

The Contest and these Official Rules are governed by the laws applicable in Canada and, depending on the participant’s place of residence, by the applicable provincial or territorial laws.

The Organizer’s decisions regarding the administration of the Contest are final, subject to the rights and remedies provided by law.

20. ACCEPTANCE OF THE OFFICIAL RULES

Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules.
